Miley Cyrus Chops Off Her Hair!

Miley Cyrus makes a BIG change that leaves little behind. Regarding what you ask? Her hair!

The former Hannah Montana star chopped off her locks and dyed the remaining hair bleach blonde to sport a shocking new 'do. Cyrus added suspense to the revelaing of her hair with tweets stating "if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye" and a photo of a pair of scissors around her bun.
