Britney Spears Newest Opening Act...a Disney Channel Star?
I'm hoping that Joe Jonas won't be acting too feminine on stage, however, he has officially been signed as the opening act for Britney Spears Femme Fatale Tour for its European leg!
Joe Jonas acknowledged his participation in the tour via twitter:
Joe, who used to idolize Britney Spears as a child, says "It's a dream come true" to be touring with Spears. Charmingly, Jonas told PEOPLE:
"She was the first girl I ever had a poster on my wall of, and her album was the first CD I ever bought. It's so funny to think I had that on my wall and here I am about to perform with her."
Joe is extremely eager to be a part of the tour and hopes to have fun performing music from his upcoming album Fastlife, which will release October 16th.
